Recently, the special-shaped truss space structure project undertaken by our company successfully completed the main pre-assembly.
As a complex three-dimensional curved surface modeling project, the project has high technical requirements: it covers an area of more than 2,200 square meters, the top elevation is 8.9 meters, the eaves structure height is 4 meters, and the total steel structure consumption is 200 tons. Its core design highlight is the 14-meter-diameter annular skylight, which extends outward through a spiral radial layout, with a maximum extension radius of 28 meters.
The project innovatively adopts differentiated construction technology: the inner and outer ring structures both use rectangular square tube bending technology, in which the outer ring is precisely spliced into a circle through 8 sections of customized curved steel beams, and the center ring uses hot bending forming technology to achieve high-precision curved surface modeling.
This type of special-shaped space structure has high requirements for component processing accuracy and on-site assembly coordination. The successful implementation of this project has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of similar high-end customized projects.

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: Do you offer designing service for us?
A: Yes, we could design full solution drawings as your requirements. By using AutoCAD, PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures (X steel) and etc. We can design complex industrial building like office mansion, supermarket, auto dealer shop, shipping mall,
hotel.
Q: Can you provide the installation help?
A: We will provide detailed instruction photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send professional engineers to do the construction guidance, and some skilled workers to help installation.
